Having grown up with a love for sport, Megan has played netball, basketball, swimming, skiing and has a particular passion for snowboarding.
With a love for all things health and fitness, Megan enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Whether it’s helping you rehabilitate from a sporting injury, niggly or chronic pain or just general assistance becoming a fitter you, Megan uses a mixture of hands on relief as well as rehabilitative exercises to help get you back to feeling your best.
Megan believes in not just providing a ‘quick fix’ but instead equipping her clients with the tools to prevent recurrence of injuries to ensure lasting, long term effect.
Overall, Megan’s interests in Physiotherapy stems from a desire to help people become pain free, recover quickly from injuries as well as assisting her clients reach their health and fitness goals.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys snowboarding, watching AFL, walks with her Border Collie and spending time at the beach.
