The Role – 

Pathways Physiotherapy is looking for a Full time Physiotherapist to take over an existing caseload of musculoskeletal clientele in our Physio & Pilates clinic.

The perfect candidate loves working amongst a team of awesome humans, and is passionate about helping patients to become active, healthy and happy..

The successful applicant will get – 

• Fortnightly one-on-one mentoring to focus on what you want to develop – whether that’s clinical reasoning or clinical skills, leadership and mentoring, or personal development – as well as weekly inservices and team case reviews to discuss tricky clients and workshop solutions together.
• The full benefits of employment, including an attractive and secure above-award wage with commission paid on top, as well as super and all leave entitlements. We also contribute $1500 to clinical professional development annually for full time employment. 
• A fully stocked Pilates and strength & conditioning gym that has plenty of room to move, and equipment to play with. 
• An amazing team of therapists and support staff who are humble, driven to succeed and willing to help each other;
• Input into your own adaptable work hours in order to treat clients, contribute to team activities, and participate in client attraction and client experience activities;
• The time to openly discuss and plan future career opportunities with your mentor and clinic director – such as becoming a senior or leading Physio, having a flexible roster to allow for further studies, raising a family or working on a side hustle, or even clinic ownership.

The ideal candidate will –

• Love treating clients but be looking for more from your workplace,
• Have 1-3 years of private practice or musculoskeletal experience,

• Be humble, willing to learn, but also driven to succeed,
• Be able to take over an existing caseload in Jan 2023.
