Jayde Monk (nee MacDonough) graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy.
Jayde has always had a passion for health, fitness and helping people rehabilitate from injuries. Prior to studying Physiotherapy Jayde completed a Bachelor of Dance with the Victorian College of the Arts, and Honours in Dance with the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
Having spent many years training in dance at an elite level, Jayde has a special interest in dance specific and foot/ankle injuries. She loves Pilates-informed Exercise, and is passionate about treating pre and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions.

Since starting a small family, Jayde works at Pathways Physiotherapy part tine. Away from work, Jayde enjoys taking ballet classes, good food, watching AFL and socialising with friends and family.
